CCC ComCare Fund


The fund, administered by Citizens' Consultative Committees (CCCs), provides urgent and temporary assistance in the form of cash, vouchers or food rations.

Who can apply for these funds?

The fund is available to all Singapore Citizens. Permanent Residents are also eligible if at least one of the household members is a Singapore Citizen.

How much assistance does the Fund provide?

The fund only provides urgent and temporary assistance in the form of cash, vouchers or food rations. The type, amount and duration of assistance you get will depend on your needs/household’s situation.

The maximum duration of assistance given under this fund is 3 months. Thereafter, you should be self-reliant.

To Apply

To apply, please go to the Community Centre or Community Club nearest to your home.

The fund is administered by Citizens’ Consultative Committees (CCCs). CCCs will assess your needs based on your circumstances and determine the type and amount of assistance to provide.

Needy residents can also approach their grassroots leaders for advice.

Background Info

The Fund, under ComCare, recognises the important role that community organisations and grassroots leaders have in helping needy residents. It gives CCCs the flexibility to help genuinely needy residents who might not get any assistance otherwise.

Application to the CCC ComCare Fund opened on 1 July 2005.
