Medical Fee Exemption Card


Provides free medical and hospitalisation treatment at government/restructured hospitals and polyclinics for needy residents of sheltered and disability homes.

Applications can be made through the sheltered or disability homes housing the resident. The exemption card is issued by the National Council of Social Service (NCSS).
