ComCare – Helping the Needy
The ComCare Fund is a commitment from the Government to do more for needy Singaporeans, to ensure that no one will be left behind.
Registry of Dating Agencies
The Registry of Dating Agencies is a record of all accredited dating agencies. It contains the names of the accredited agencies, the status and validity of their accreditation.
Child Care Centres
Child Care Centres (CCCs) provide full day and half-day care programmes to children below the age of 7 years. Some centres provide infant care services to children aged 2 months to 18 months.
Children and Young Persons Homes
There are 22 Children and Young Persons Homes providing residential care programmes for children and young persons in Singapore.
Registry of Dating Practitioners
The Registry of Dating Practitioners is a record of all accredited practitioners. It contains the names, details of accreditation status, and the agencies they are working for.
The Fostering Scheme
Children who are registered with MCYS’ Fostering Scheme are usually children whose parents / guardians are in ill-health and unable to look after them, or children who have been abandoned, neglected or ill-treated by their parents / guardians.
Marriage Counselling
The Ministry provides marriage counselling services through its network of Family Service Centres. Muslim couples may also go to the Syariah Court for marriage counselling.
